Hematological evolution of anti-oxidative effects of Lipidum sativum in albino male rats

The current study aimed to investigate the anti-oxidative effects of Lipidum sativum agonist poisonous mercuric chloride. Total 60 Swiss male rats were used which allocated into 5 groups; control group (C), chloride (M), third, fourth and fifth groups represented treatment (T1, T2 & T3), each was divide two subgroups (21 42 days. blood samples collection by heart puncture for Hematological study. Lepidium extract seed prepared in doses 25, 50.100 mg/kg. Results showed that treated with mercury there decrease both periods 42) days (WBC, RBC, HCT Hb) period 21 In seeds (100, 50, 25) mg / kg. increased (WBC RBC) periods. (Hb) increase 21-days (T3).In 42-day (T2 T3). PVC 21-days. all groups. Plate let at (T1& T2). MCV T3) 42-days a reduction (T1).
